In the Group Captive Open Access Solar Solution, we form a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) with the energy consumer, where the client holds a minimum 26% ownership as per regulatory requirements. The remaining ownership is held by us at Delta.

We take full responsibility for executing and operating the solar power project within the SPV. This model ensures cost-effective and sustainable energy solutions where space constraints make on-site power generation challenging.
