Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned architect to move beyond a traditional consulting role and join the developer side.

Responsibilities

1. Design Leadership & Conceptualization:

• Lead the master planning, conceptual design, and schematic development for all upcoming projects, including Industrial and Commercial developments.
• Develop and present innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling design proposals to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Establish a core design philosophy and set of standards that will define all Delta Estates properties.

2. Design Management & Coordination:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all design-related matters.
• Lead the selection, appointment, and management of external architectural firms, structural consultants, MEP engineers, and other specialized design partners.
• Rigorously review and approve all architectural drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure alignment with the design intent, budget, and quality standards.

3. Project Execution & Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate closely with the project management and construction teams to ensure faithful execution of the design on-site.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Approvals:

• Ensure all designs are fully compliant with local building bye-laws, zoning regulations, and development control rules (DCR) of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) and/or PMRDA.
• Liaise with relevant authorities to facilitate the timely approval of architectural plans.
• Ensure all projects adhere to the guidelines stipulated by the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).

Skills & Competencies

• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Canva/ MS Powerpoint, Photoshop, Civil 3D, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory. A Master's degree (M.Arch) in a relevant field is desirable.
